I’m a big fan of Food for Thought – I had my birthday party at the 8 Queen Street branch last year, and it was awesome. (Read about it and see photos on my friends’ blogs.) We also like to brunch at FFT 8Q on Saturdays – they do a very good big brekkie which includes some amazing hash brown balls and garlic mushrooms.
Now and then I swing by to pick up dessert because I’m a sucker for their red velvet cake. For Sweet September they’re rolling out a variety of interesting desserts. Their pastry chef, January, is really creative.
